The simplest market: 1 is a home win, X is the draw, 2 is an away win. The lower the number, the more likely the outcome is considered — and the less you win per unit staked.
A bet on the total goals in the match, both teams combined. Over 2.5 needs three or more goals; Under 2.5 needs two or fewer. Cup ties and nervy first legs often lean under.
